Despite 2020 being bonkers, we still wanted some normalcy. So in keeping with tradition, here is the Pao’s holiday recap of 2020. (And yes, a good portion was spent with our girls back at home because of COVID and luckily, we have all remained healthy.)
Stephen: Semi-retirement was short lived, he’s back at it! (perhaps the 3 female Pao’s are expensive…nah!) Yes, it’s a tech start-up…like just started-up. Cross your fingers.
Marsha: Peacefully crafting wasn’t enough for Christina (Whose life is this?) as she “strongly suggested” starting a cooking channel to interact with the world. ByKumi was born and of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a shameless plug for subscribers or followers or likes! Or visit her linktree. 😉
Christina: Well, Yale’s graduation was cancelled but she received her BA in Classics and BA/MA in Political Science. Now, she is studying as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and Mom and Dad are so happy……..not to be paying.
Annalisa: Continues at Carnegie Mellon in design. Selected to present a fashion collection at Lunar Gala 2021. (Rumors of a sweatshop pop-up over the holidays with Marsha, 90 year old grandma and their sewing machines are swirling under the guise of family bonding!?!)
Hope you and your family have been safe and healthy! We would love to hear from you! (We really mean it!)
Stephen, Marsha, Christina (22), and Annalisa (20)

Some how I missed this during the crazy holidays! Love your update and love hearing how successful both Annalisa and Christina are in their lives. Even more important, it looks like they are both following their passion as they transition from teenagers to young women! Keep up with ByKumi as I always look forward to new episodes! As for Stephen, I guess retirement was too early but at least it was a short break for him!
